This applies regardless of encryption. If you attempt to destabilize the platform, access may be immediately revoked.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” There is no uptime guarantee, no SLA, and no guarantee of feature permanence.
We use standard infrastructure logging and security monitoring to protect stability and prevent abuse. This may include access logs, authentication logs, rate limiting, and abuse detection.
Logs are used for security and operational integrity. They are not sold.
Message retention may vary by configuration. Messages may persist indefinitely, be subject to retention windows, or expire if not synchronized. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups where needed.
The operator does not guarantee permanent storage of messages or media.
Communication may be limited to accounts within the rgherd.com namespace. Federation with external servers may be enabled or disabled at operator discretion.
Accounts may be suspended, deactivated, or permanently removed for violations, security risk, infrastructure abuse, or operational discretion. Upon termination, sessions may be revoked, devices logged out, and access denied.
Termination may occur without notice when required to protect infrastructure or users.
